Army - 3rd Infantry Division soldiers celebrate Women's Equality Day Observance during a ceremony held at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The theme of this year's observance was, 'Celebrating Women's Right to Vote' and featured keynote speaker, Coline Jenkins, gifted Penny Colman's Stanton & Anthony to us. The soldiers - dressed in historic costumes - identified with the revolutionaries."
