Happy 193rd Birthday to Susan B. Anthony!!! I love this painting of children giving roses to SBA at her eightieth birthday celebration. I included it in my book; the artist, Sarah J. Eddy, was the granddaughter of Francis Jackson, and daughter of Eliza Jackson Eddy, both of whom had given SBA generous sums of money to use for the Cause. “Failure is impossible!”
